On this episode of Skipper, I speak with Jeffrey Goldberg, Editor In-Chief of The Atlantic magazine. In addition to his current role as editor, Jeffrey is an award winning reporter and author. His 2006 book entitled Prisoners: A Story of Friendship and Terror, was hailed as one of the best books of 2006 by multiple publications including the LA Times, The New York Times, and The Washington Post. Jeffrey's journalism has secured him many accolades including the Magazine Award for Reporting for his coverage of Islamic terrorism and the 2005 Anti-Defamation League Daniel Pearl Prize. He is also the winner of the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists prize for best international investigative journalist; the Overseas Press Club award for best human-rights reporting; and the Abraham Cahan Prize in Journalism.
