Banerjee is the Founder and Vice Chairman of Clarabridge, a company that specializes in using AI-powered text and speech analytics, to enable brands to extract insights from customer interactions in order to grow sales, ensure compliance and increase operational efficiencies. The company has raised close to $119 million in funding across six rounds, including an $80 million investment in 2013 . Sid provides executive leadership and strategic direction and is a well-known expert in customer experience, business intelligence, and text mining. Over his career, Sid has amassed nearly 20 years of business intelligence leadership experience. Clarabridge was named a leader in AI-based text analytics platforms by Forrester and it was named one of the best places to work in 2020 by the Washington Business Journal.
